A quote form is more powerful when it includes context. Photos show how the product sits in the package. Drawings explain dimensions and tolerances. Existing specs reveal gauge, resin assumptions, roll size and other details that may not be obvious from a short description.

Failure examples are especially useful. A package that tears, punctures, fogs, curls, blocks, leaks or fails to open is giving clues about the properties that need attention.
