Batch inclusion film is often selected for melt behavior, but the bag has to perform before it reaches the mixer. It needs adequate seal strength, clean handling, dimensional consistency and compatibility with the compound process.
Important details include target melt point, ingredient weight, bag size, mixer conditions, dwell time, resin compatibility and whether color coding or custom gauges would improve plant handling.
A better batch inclusion program can reduce manual opening steps, control ingredients more cleanly and support repeatable process behavior.
